My ears perk up for anything that discusses wrestling and/or growing. (Hint: Articles about teams that wrestle always feature teams that grow.)

If you’ve never watched a bunch of teens try to stand up with their arms locked, you haven’t lived.

For some of us, the phrase conjures images of foosball tables at Google. It seems silly.

But that’s not why people work at Google, is it? They want to be a part of a team that grows. As Steve Jobs often said, “A players want to work with A players.” The idea that you could be challenged and could work on something significant is the real draw.
