I recently lost a friend due to tragic circumstances.
My friend had a huge orbit of impact, and those in the orbit are feeling the loss deeply. One of them posted this:

People could ask about the business name in the comments, yeah, sure.
But can you imagine how good those employees felt that night? Can you imagine the value of relieving that kind of suffering?
You’ve seen those workers who are always ready in the moment to provide a great customer experience. I think they are ready in the moment because they’ve already thought about the big picture.
Sometimes it’s about how this particular interaction will help the relationship with the customer for the long term.
But sometimes, the big picture is that every fixed car … every prepared meal … every pair of shoes fitted … every client helped through a process … ALL of it … is an opportunity to serve.
Some people need your interaction more than your product or service. They desperately need human connection.
Service industry workers, please don’t underestimate your impact. You just might change somebody’s world today. As we have said on here before, every person has a story.
